Real Madrid star Kaka could be facing more surgery. Sao Paulo team doctor Rene Atala believes Kaka needs further surgery on his knee to be fully confident the injury is cleaned up, says Cadena Ser.
Kaka sent the latest results of an MRI scan to Atala for a second opinion, and the Sao Paulo medic is convinced he still suffers from ligament damage.
However, Dr. Martens, the Belgian specialist who performed the initial surgery, insists Kaka is clear of more problems and says he now needs to get over his mental block.
