Real Madrid have added Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris to their shopping list.
The Mirror says Real are ready to move in if Spurs once again fail to win silverware.
He will be 31 on Boxing Day and while that is relatively young for a keeper, Lloris knows that his chances of winning one of the top prizes are now receding.
The Frenchman would cost around £25 million and be a cheaper option than David de Gea.
If Real chief Zinedine Zidane survives his current difficulties at the Bernabeu, that could also be a factor. Zidane is a fan of Lloris and be happy to work with his fellow Frenchman in Madrid.
