Real Madrid are ready to slap in a bid for Arsenal contract rebel Alexis Sanchez.

While Inter Milan captain Mauro Icardi is their prime target for the January market, Okdiario says Chile international Alexis is also under consideration.

To land Icardi next month, Real will have to part with €90-100m, whereas intermediaries are convinced Alexis will be allowed to leave Arsenal for €30m.

For his part, Real coach Zinedine Zidane has made it clear to directors he would prefer Alexis over former Barcelona junior Icardi.

Alexis is also excited by the prospect, despite the serious interest of Pep Guardiola's Manchester City.
