Real Madrid coach Zinedine was delighted with matchwinner Luka Modric after victory over Granada.

Modric had given the ball away for the equaliser after colliding with the referee, but made amends by winning the match late on with a breathtaking finish.

Zidane said: “He scored a fantastic goal, that gave us a boost, and above all, the three points. I am very happy with him because he needs to shoot more.

"He knows how to play in a lot of positions, also in 10. He had a phenomenal shot and I am happy for him."
