Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane says they were worthy winners for victory at Alaves.
Dani Ceballos scored twice for the 2-1 win.
Zidane said, “They had some chances, less than us and that's why we deserved the win, but that's football. It's poor really, to score two goals after so many chances. This was not our best moment but we got the three points, so have to be thankful.
“I'm sure we'll play better next time. The key for us is to keep creating those chances. It's true, if you analyse the game with so many clear chances and we only came away with two goals that's disappointing, but the key is that we won and you have to admit that this side are really tough at home.
“I don't think we're stronger away from the Bernabéu. We like playing in our stadium. I agree that we have not had the rub of the green, but that is the way football goes. Now we need to rest, we're playing again on Tuesday and we need to get back to our previous form against Espanyol next weekend."
