Real Madrid coach Zidane happy with Man Utd 'draw'

Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane was satisfied with their draw against Manchester United in California.

The two teams drew 1-1, though United win the International Champions Cup tie on penalties.

Zidane stated: "It was a complete match and the young guys in the second half did very well. I am satisfied. The result is not the most important.

"We finished well and with no injuries. We compete against a team that comes from playing more matches. Now we have another encounter and hopefully we will find the form slowly.

"The most important thing for us was to start playing and competing. We prepare for day 8, the day of the European Super Cup, which is our goal. It will be our first official match and we want to try to win. "
