Real Madrid coach Santiago Solari is confident of his job status as they seek to defend their Club World Cup title.
Asked about whether not winning the Club World Cup would impact on his future, the Argentine was calm.
"I feel the same as when I arrived here to work as a coach, and further back as a player," Solari said.
"That is to give everything in my job every day; that is my way of viewing football."
Once again, Solari was asked about the Isco situation but he opted to discuss the team.
"The most important is that everyone is working at 100%," he said.
"The great majority of them are doing that, working very hard, and they are very enthusiastic about this competition."
