Real Madrid coach Juande Ramos insists he's not ignoring the club's young players.
Ramos' arrival appears to have shut the door on Real's Castilla prospects, but he insists: "It's up to them to break the door down!
"Real Madrid has very good junior teams. There are many young players representing their countries. The juniors should have enough ambition to take over from the foreigners who come.
"I'll watch the juniors at Valdebebas because it is my job, but it is they who have to break down the door. Playing for Real Madrid is a great reward."
