Real Madrid coach Manuel Pellegrini knows today could decide the destiny of the title.

Barcelona face a tough trip to fourth-placed Sevilla before finishing their campaign with a home game against second-bottom Real Valladolid, while Madrid are at home to eighth-placed Athletic Bilbao before then going to lowly Malaga.

"Saturday will go a long way to deciding the league. I don't think Barcelona will lose their final home game, although Valladolid could go to the Nou Camp still playing for something. So the match against Sevilla will be important," said Pellegrini, who insists his side would deserve the title if they won it even though they have lost both games to Barca this season.

"Both Barcelona and Real Madrid deserve the title, but someone has to win in the end and whichever team does will deserve it more.

"The match against Athletic won't be easy. We have to win and focus on ourselves given we can't control what happens in Seville. We will also have to defeat Malaga."
