Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho insists he believes in fullback Fabio Coentrao.

Coentrao has been linked with Chelsea.

"Fabio is injured. The stats are there. When he does play he plays well and every time he plays better, but he has been injured several times and when he does get injured his return is usually longer in coming than we expect," said Mourinho.
