Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho is happy for Udinese's Francesco Guidolin after he was named Italy's Coach of the Year.

Succeeding Mourinho, who won it for his work at Inter in 2009-10, the Italian has received the Portuguese's best wishes.

"Congratulations to Guidolin for the Panchina d'Oro," the current Real Madrid man told Rai.

"It is well deserved. He's doing an incredible job, sincere greetings.

"He's been luckier than me. He has his Panchina d'Oro, I'm still waiting for mine from 2009-10 to arrive in Madrid…"
