Real Madrid coach Mourinho bans media from traveling with squad

Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho broke with tradition by banning the media for their flight to Moscow.

El Confidencial says Mourinho barred the media from flying with the squad to Russia as they prepare to face Champions League opponents CSKA Moscow.

Only players, coaching staff and management travelled on the jet - with the local media being left to make their own arrangements.

While traditional in England, it was a break from the norm for Spanish journalists and won't improve relations between the two parties.
