Don Balon says Ramos called a players' meeting after the midweek draw with Las Palmas.

Voices were raised and there were heated exchanges as Ramos called for more commitment from teammates.

Two players were particularly targeted - Alvaro Morata and Isco.

Ramos demanded both players stopped worrying about their contracts and their personal situation and committed more to the team.
