Raul is prepared to leave Real Madrid at the end of the season. AS says the Real captain still has over a year left on his current deal, but if the board asks him to accept a free transfer in June, the striker will do so and leave the Spanish giants.
No offers have yet arrived for the veteran striker, though Premiership and Bundesliga clubs are aware of his situation.
A source close to Raul revealed: "Raul doesn't want to be halfway through preseason and realise there's no place for him. He just wants to be told clearly what they are planning and whether his continuation is a problem.
"He will do what is best for Real."
