Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos again took a dig at the fallout from last season's Champions League final victory over Liverpool.
The likes of Reds boss Jurgen Klopp have been critical since Kiev of the manner of Ramos' performance, which left goalkeeper Loris Karius with concussion and striker Mohamed Salah a shoulder injury.
But at FIFA's awards gala last night, Ramos said: "It was a problem at the family level for the safety of my wife and my children and no one remembers that anymore."
Ramos also spoke of former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo snubbing the awards despite being nominated for The Best gong.
"I was surprised, here all the nominees should be, that they have not come is their problem," he added, who was delighted for winner Luka Modric.
"I'm glad he's my teammate, he deserves it, he's an excellent player, he has marked a very important time in Madrid and as a person, chapeau."
