Real Madrid captain Iker Casillas is being linked with Manchester City.

Despite the success of Joe Hart at City, El Mundo Deportivo says manager Roberto Mancini is eager to bring Casillas to the Etihad - and has the backing of club owner Sheikh Mansour.

It's suggested Mancini has already spoken to Casillas about the surprise move.

The Spain international's future at Real has been questioned this season amid reports of rift with coach Jose Mourinho.
