Ajax will be due a windfall from Real Madrid's intended sale of Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.

Stuttgart have offered £18 million for the Dutchman, while Tottenham and Arsenal are also keen.

Real are in need of raising new funds to continue their buying spree, but will have to cough up a third of any sale to Huntelaar's former club Ajax due to a sell-on clause.
