Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho insists he's happy with Mesut Ozil.

There's been talk of Ozil's nightlife disappointing Mourinho this season.

Mourinho said: "He's working to bring about improvements. The squad is good. There are more midfielders and they have a higher level compared with those from previous years. And the players who want more time have to earn it every second they are on the pitch.

"He's a high quality player, has always been and will continue to be one. He's an admired player and continues to be liked by his coach. I think that the normal thing would be for him to improve and get to his normal level."
