Real Madrid boss Rafa Benitez admits Marcos Asensio will be leaving on-loan.

Benitez was asked about the midfielder's situation after victory over Galatasaray.

He said, “I've spoken with him. He has so much talent and quality and it would be a shame for a player like that to not play a lot of matches.

"We have Isco, James... In the end he's a player who would play in an area where we already have great players. It's important that he develops by playing with another team and that he returns with even more experience under his belt."
