Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti insists he isn't singling out Gareth Bale for criticism.

The Welshman's lack of defensive work has disappointed teammates this season.

But Ancelotti maintains: "Defensive work isn't an individual issue, it isn't only about Bale. Everyone has to give more.

"I ask the same of Cristiano and Benzema, more work in winning the ball back."
