Real Madrid already planning loan move for Fletcher

Should Fletcher complete his dream move from Hibs, it is likely the Spanish giants will send him out on loan to one of Getafe, Espanyol and Real Zaragoza.

Getafe currently have two Madrid players - Granero and Ruben De La Red - on board and president Angel Torres Sanchez confirmed: "We have a relationship with Real in terms of taking their young players on loan. We will be open to that possibility again."

Espanyol too would be keen on Fletcher and sporting director Paco Herrera threw his club's hat into the ring: "We have good contact with Real and will be looking to take a striker on loan."

The Sunday Mail believe that Zaragoza are the third club interested although Fletcher would face stiff competition from Diego Milito, Sergio Garcia, Matuzalem and Pablo Aimar for a starting spot.

A possible deal for the 21-year-old took a step closer this week when Real sporting director Pedrag Mijatovic met Hibs officials at O ld Trafford before Manchester United's tie with Roma.
