Real Madrid have moved to wreck Barcelona's hopes of signing Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas. Sport says Real are making an offer of €50 million to bring Cesc back to Spain - but to Madrid and not Barcelona.
Real have already been informed by Cesc's agent, Darren Dein, that the midfielder will only leave Arsenal for Barca. But that hasn't put them off.
The Madrid offer far exceeds Barca's last bid of €30 million for Cesc and now seriously threatens any chance of a Nou Camp return for the Spain international.
No matter how much Cesc wants to return home, Arsenal are unlikely to accept losing a clear €20 MILLION just to accommodate a homesick player's feelings.
