Real Madrid are planning a shock raid for Manchester United striker Carlos Tevez.
United have expressed their intention to take up their option to sign the 24-year-old for £32 million, but delays have left the deal in doubt.
Now Real are monitoring the situation and will make their move if the English champions fail to sign Tevez before January 30, says Marca.
The former West Ham striker is owned by an off-shore company and advised by Iranian-born mentor Kia Joorabchian. Tevez is in the last year of a two-season loan deal at Old Trafford.
