Real Madrid have registered their interest with Olympique Lyon for want-away winger Florent Malouda.

Malouda has expressed an ambition to join Chelsea, but the Blues cannot compete with Real's spending power. Should Real fail to prise Arjen Robben away from Stamford Bridge, they will turn to Malouda, who is available for £17 million.
