Real Betis reignite interest in Arsenal midfielder Wilshere

Real Betis have reignited their interest in Jack Wilshere.

The Spanish club are lining up signings for next season as they push for a Champions League spot.

The Seville-based outfit are currently fifth in La Liga, and although it is unlikely that they'll usurp fourth-placed Valencia, they've already started planning next season's assault.

And according to Gol Digital, Wilshere is a major key to those plans.

The report states that Betis would make the deal less complicated by using Joel Campbell, currently on loan from the Gunners, as an incentive for Wilshere to join the club.

The 26-year-old is out-of-contract at the end of the season and is unlikely to agree new terms with Arsenal.

Everton are believed to be the front-runners for his signature, but Betis are holding on to a slight chance they can tempt Wilshere to leave Britain.
