Real Betis striker Jorge Molina has revealed he would be open to a shift to Celtic if it was to occur.
The 29-year old Spanish centre-forward has been linked with the Hoops this January with the Glasgow club pondering a £3million bid.
Molina, who has banged in 46 goals for former club Elche and Betis since summer 2009, is hoping a deal can be done but if not is happy to continue with the Seville club.
"Every footballer in the world wants to play for Celtic. They are one of the biggest clubs in Europe and every year they are playing Champions League or Europa League.
"I have a contract for two and half years and my heart and all my efforts are with Real Betis.
"If Celtic and Real Betis open negotiations and they reach an agreement then I can express my opinion and feelings.
"Until my agent or the club informs me that there is an offer from Celtic, it is pointless to start talking.""I am honoured that my name has been linked with such as important club like Celtic," Molina said.
