Real Betis target Ayoze Perez has stated his commitment to Newcastle United.

The Spaniard has been offered a chance to return to his homeland with a move to Seville. But the 24-year-old insists he is happy at St. James' Park.

Asked about whether he believes his long-term future lies on Tyneside, Perez said: "I am really happy at Newcastle. I am always trying to get better and every time I step out at St James' Park I want to do well and score goals.

"This is my feeling and that is important. I want to be here and help this club to grow."
