Real Betis sports chief Lorenzo Serra Ferrer believes Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos wishes to return to the club.

However, he admits such a deal is unlikely due to the finances involved.

Serra Ferrer told El Transistor: "Betis, as an institution, has not made any movement, it is true that Quique Setién likes Dani's talent a lot and has spoken with the player, but these things can be carried out or not.

"In our case, federatively it can not be carried out despite the will of the coach and the desire of Dani."
