Fulham defender Fernando Amorebieta is being linked with a return Spain.

The Venezuela international only signed for Fulham last season from Athletic Bilbao.

Radio Marca says Amorebieta is now on the agenda of Real Betis this month, where sports director Alexis Trujillo is keen to bring the stopper back to Spain.

Amorebieta has been in and out of the Cottagers' first team this season following their relegation from the Premier League last season.

Fulham owner Shahid Khan is unlikely to block the 29 year-old from moving on should Betis make their interest concrete.
