Reading fullback Nicky Shorey is closing in on a move to boyhood heroes West Ham United.
The People says Shorey will be sold to boyhood heroes West Ham in January if he continues to snub Reading's contract offer.
The Hammers had a £4million offer for Shorey, 26, rejected last week and he is refusing to sign a new two-year deal.
