Liam Rosenior says Reading teammate James Harper deserves every success for the way he works in training.

The fullback told the club's website, "I'm delighted for him because, although everyone here works hard, I've never seen him in his normal clothes! I've only ever seen him in his training kit - I think he lives at the training ground!

"He's the first in and last out. He's always out on the training pitch, working on his technique, working on his finishing.

"They say the harder you practice the luckier you get and although there is no luck involved, I think he's a top player and the reason he's a top player is that he's worked so hard to get here.

"I know he scored last week, but I don't think he could be any livelier than normal!"
