Michael Duberry is desperate for Reading not to go the same way as former club Leeds United.
Duberry, 32, who is set to return after a knee injury, was part of the Leeds team that went down in 2004.
He rapped: "Sometimes at Leeds we felt we weren't one of the three worst teams. But people get momentum and start pushing up, while you lose momentum - like we have. Other teams are scraping points. We need to do that."
As for the fight ahead, he added: "I don't know if my Leeds experience will help. But I do know we need to start winning."
