Reading winger Hal Robson-Kanu is full of praise for manager Brian McDermott.

Robson-Kanu insists the players are all behind the gaffer.

"The manager's been fantastic over the last couple of years to the players and to the club," said Robson-Kanu.

"He's been a real inspiration to everyone and brought a lot of players through.

"There's quite a few academy players playing in the team now and it's definitely attributed to him."
