Reading veteran Ian Harte admits he's inspired by the success of Stephen Carr at Birmingham City.
Ex-Leeds United fullback Harte says his former international team-mate Carr has been an inspiration.
Carr quit football in 2008 but was tempted out of retirement by Birmingham and lifted the Carling Cup, after Alex McLeish's men stunned Arsenal at Wembley last month.
He said: "He had plenty of years to give and the performances that he is putting in week-in week-out prove that.
"To go to Wembley and beat Arsenal is amazing."
