Bradford City boss Phil Parkinson is under consideration at Reading.

The Sun says he tops the Reading wish list to replace sacked manager Brian McDermott.

The current Bradford boss is out of contract at the end of the season and would relish the chance to prove his credentials at a bigger club.

If he could be persuaded to move immediately, Reading would only have to pay a relatively small amount of compensation.
