Reading striker Adam Le Fondre is happy to embrace their heavy workload.

The Royals travel to Aston Villa in what will be part of a run of three matches in eight days, coming on the back of a 3-2 defeat at Wigan and ahead of Saturday's clash with Manchester United at Madejski Stadium.

"Playing in the Championship last year it was Saturday-Tuesday, Saturday-Tuesday," Le Fondre said.

"The Premier League is a very demanding league, but it's where we want to be."
