Reading manager Nigel Adkins has heaped praise on Leeds United following the clash between the two sides on Wednesday night.
The Royals played out a 0-0 draw with the West Yorkshire club at Elland Road in what was the Whites' second match under new manager Darko Milanic.
Leeds have been through a tough trot in recent years but received some words of kindness from Adkins after his side recorded a vital point on the road against Milanic's outfit.
"Leeds United is a fantastic football club," Adkins said. "It's always one of the highlights of the season coming to Elland Road.
"It always has been and it always will be. It's something you should always look forward to because it's a proper football club with proper football supporters.
"I mean that in the right manner. All football clubs are proper, but you know what I mean. There's a history here, there's a passion here, which is great."
The draw saw Leeds remain in 12th place on the Championship table on 14 points while Reading moved up to 10th after grabbing their 15th point of the campaign which is now 10 matches old.
