Reading striker Simon Church is happy to have joined Huddersfield Town on-loan ahead of Barnsley.

Town won the battle after Royals defender Sean Morrison gave them a glowing endorsement.

Morrison enjoyed a successful loan spell with Huddersfield on their way to promotion last season.

Church revealed: "When I spoke to Sean about them he didn't have a bad word to say about the place.

"He loved it up here and told me that I would too because of the set-up, the people involved, and the fans, who were brilliant to him."
