Kayserispor defender Zurab Khizanishvili has emerged as a target for a trio of English clubs.

Reading, Norwich City and Leeds United are believed to be tracking the Georgian international according to Sky Sports.

Khizanishvili is out of contract in Turkey this summer and could be on his way back to England after previous spells with Blackburn Rovers and Newcastle United.
