Central Coast Mariners have released a statement stating that transfer negotiations regarding Tomas Rogic are still ongoing.
The 20-year old attacking midfielder is being heavily linked with a move to Premier League club Reading who are believed to be prepared to part with more than $500,000 (£325,000) for his services.
All points of a potential transfer are being considered by the parties involved with the Mariners notifying their fans and media that they will keep them up to speed with any happenings as they occur.
"Central Coast Mariners FC wish to advise that negotiations regarding the potential transfer of Tomas Rogic are ongoing," read the statement.
"The Club will update Members, supporters and media should significant developments in the negotiation process occur.
"Until such time, Central Coast Mariners FC has no further comment to make on this matter."
