Reading have named former Swansea manager Paul Clement as the replacement for recently departed coach Jaap Stam.
The club are hoping the change in manager will help ensure they remain in the Championship for next season, given their recent flirtation with the relegation zone.
Clement has spent the past few months in the United States, studying different sports and coaches in a bid to improve his own skills.
His most recent job saw him fired by Swansea, and it will be interesting to see whether he fares better with Reading.
Clement has previous experience of managing in a lower division, as he was in charge at Derby County during the 2015-2016 season.
