Reading goalkeeper Alex McCarthy is flattered by praise from Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers this week.
His super-human performance was described by Kop boss Rodgers as the greatest goalkeeping performance he had seen.
And McCarthy told The Sun: "It was a wonderful compliment from Brendan. I know him well as not only was he manager of Reading a few years ago, he also was at the club before that as a youth coach.
"I know he's a top manager so it's good to hear those words. However, as much as I have loved every minute of breaking into the Premier League this season, I can't be considered in the same breath as Joe Hart as an England keeper yet.
"I need another couple of seasons playing in the Premier League then I'll definitely be interested in representing my country. It's a dream."
