FC Dallas striker Jeff Cunningham has attracted interest from English Championship club Reading FC.
The 33-year old has netted 16 goals in his past 14 MLS outings and it is believed the Royals may swoop for him in the January transfer window.
If Reading are to be successful in their pursuit of the former USA international, they will have to pay a transfer fee as Cunningham is still under contract with FCD, which was confirmed by general manager Michael Hitchcock who stated that his contract 'doesn't end after this season.'
Reading are currently sitting in 21st place of the 24-team competition and have netted a mere 11 goals in 13 matches, indicating they are in dire need of an out-and-out goalscorer - something that Cunningham definitely is.
