Reading coach Kevin Dillon is delighted with the commitment shown by Emerse Fae.

Dillon believes that Fae, the record £2.5 million signing from Nantes, is gradually adapting to life in England.

"He always has his head in a dictionary, trying to learn English, and that's great," Dillon said.
