Reading have completed the signing of Stuart Taylor.

The veteran goalkeeper has signed on a one-year deal as cover for No1 Adam Federici.

Reading director of football Nick Hammond was delighted to bring in Taylor which enabled the club to loan out Andersen.

"I'm delighted to have signed Stuart," Hammond told the club's official website.

"He is a very experienced goalkeeper at the top level and having him here allows us to loan Mikkel Andersen out and get him some games."
