Reading are joining the battle for Blackpool winger Matt Phillips.
The Sun says Reading hope to boost their Premier League credentials with the £1million signing of Phillips.
Royals boss Brian McDermott was beaten to the signing of the talented 21-year-old by the Seasiders in 2010. Everton and Sunderland are also interested in Phillips.
