Reading boss Steve Coppell insists more signings could be made before the summer market closes.
He told the Royals website: "With three games this week we've not been looking so much, but we know what's going on.
"After these matches we have time to reassess, and there's a couple of weeks.
"As always, the last couple of days before the window closes are very lively, and we could be involved."
There could also be another player heading for the Reading exit door, although Coppell would not identify the individual involved.
He said: "We may have something in terms of a player going out this week. I don't want to say any more because I've not spoken to the player. If it happens it would be a permanent deal."
