Reading boss Nigel Adkins is delighted with the spirit within the squad, despite their looming relegation.

The Royals face fellow strugglers QPR tomorrow knowing if either side lose they will be relegated.

Adkins said: "Everyone is working very, very hard.

"There is a positivity and we are looking at one game at a time."
