Arsenal risk losing out in the race for Toulouse midfielder Issa Diop.

France Football says RB Leipzig have made a €14million offer.

The midfielder is said to be on Arsenal and Tottenham's radar after an excellent season in France.

The 20-year-old made 30 appearances for the Ligue 1 side, where his contract runs until 2020.

Diop has caught the eye, and has been monitored by the Gunners.
