RB Leipzig chief Oliver Mintzlaff says they'll fight to keep hold of star midfielders Naby Keita and Emil Forsberg.
Keita is a top target for Liverpool, while Arsenal and AC Milan are chasing Sweden international Forsberg.
But Mintzlaff told BILD: "It would be negligent to give up one of our playmakers.
"There are no concrete offers available. But let's say this: Of course, the boys have aroused great interest through their achievements. That's the normal gear. But that's not what we're dealing with."
He also had a pop at Forsberg's agent Hasan Cetinkaya, adding: "If the adviser has forgotten how long Emil is contracted with us, then we will be able to send him a copy quickly."
